Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of research chemicals and peptides, all sales are final. We do NOT offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for any reason once an order has been shipped.

Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Important

• We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.
• We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or dissatisfaction with the product.
• All products are sold strictly for research purposes only.
